Class Reunion Event online Registration & eTicket Instructions
1) Open a new page in your web browser to follow the directions below on the LHSAA website with this link lincolnalum.org
2) Hover the curser pointer on the LHSAA News and Reunions tab, in the Main Menu bar, to view the subpages below the arrow on the tab.
3) The subpage, Reunions, will appear below the News & Reunions tab, with a drop-down list to the right of tabs to click on each LHS Class Reunion registered with LHSAA Reunion Services.
4) Click on your Class Reunion tab in the right drop-down list.
5) Your Class Reunion site page will open as a new web page on the screen.
6) On your Class Reunion web page, there are Reunion event Registration links.
7) Click on the Registration link for the event you want to RSVP
- A new web page will open on the screen with the Class Reunion Event online Registration.
- Click on the Register Button.
- Click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.
8) A new page will open with a box to enter your email address.
- Click the CAPTCHA privacy box "I am not a robot".
- Click on the Next button at the bottom of the page.
9) A new LHSAA Registration web page will open to fill in your contact information and - if enabled, the following option boxes:
- Show my name on Registration list to classmates
- Reunion Donation Fund
- Add Guest to Registration
- If you are bringing a Guest, please type the Guests name in the field "line" on the form.
- If you are not bringing a Guest, leave the Guest Name field "line" empty.
- Click the Privacy policy box
- Type your contact information in the Fields on the Registration Form.
- Click on the Guest box and add "1" if you are bringing your spouse or an adult guest to the event
- If you are not a LHSAA Member, and do not want to join LHSAA, Click the Register button
- If you want to join LHSAA, click the "Join LHSAA!" link on your Reunion Website page
If you have a LHSAA Membership that is due for annual renewal, it will be noted on the RSVP Registration Form- you have the option to renew your LHSAA Membership on the next registration page.
- Click on the button to renew your LHSAA Membership $25 Renewal dues.
The secure online LHSAA web page will open on the screen to pay for your Membership renewal.
- Click the box “Record Payment” to update your status in LHSAA Memberships.
- Check your email's Inbox for an email from lhsaa@lincolnalum.org with a copy of your LHSAA Membership Renewal Receipt
10) If you choose to not renew your LHSAA Membership, simply
click the Register button 11) A new page will open to review and confirm your registration and if enabled purchasing ticket(s) for the Reunion event.
- Click the Pay online button to complete your registration purchasing ticket(s).
- A Receipt will automatically be sent to the email address entered on the Registration Form.
Congratulations ~ you have completed registering for your class reunion event!
